RESPONSIBILITIES The IT Desktop Engineer role is to provide a single point of contact for FCS endpoint management. This includes endpoint image management, hardware quality assurance, and managing the endpoint management system. This role will work directly with the Service Desk Supervisor to come up with endpoint standardization for hardware, software, and management tools for Service Delivery team. Must be able to work with multiple teams and business units simultaneously and thrice in fast-paced, dynamic environment. QUALIFICATIONS Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, MIS, related field or equivalent experience preferred.
